PARA FLEX (Pin bushing coupling)
It is a pin-bushing coupling using aluminum alloy for the body material. Each component is a rigid body and has a high rigidity. By a combination of high-precision pin and dry metal, backlash is very slight. Shaft reaction force due to mounting misalignment is extremely small by a universal-type coupling, and there is a damping effect by frictional sliding as well. Mounting is easy by the clamp method.

The CPU model with alumite-treated surface and maximum angular misalignment 4deg. and the inexpensive CPE model with maximum angular misalignment 1deg. are available.
These are pin-bushing type couplings whose bodies are made of aluminum alloy. Backlash is kept extremely low by making the torsional stiffness of all components very high and combining high-precision pins with dry metal. A universal system is used for all hub coupling, which makes shaft reaction force due to mounting misalignment extremely small. There is also a damping effect from sliding at the friction surface between the pin and dry metal.

*Torque on the CPE-19 with a bore diameter of 3 mm is limited by holding force in the shaft coupling component, so nominal torque is 0.4 N·m and maximum torque is 0.8 N·m.
*Bore diameters between the minimum and maximums shown in the dimensions table are compatible, but bore diameters other than those shown in the above table require a separate bore drilling charge.
