◆The pump is a positive displacement lobe rotor pump designed according to USA 3A standard.
◆The equipment is processed with USA 3A to a very strict hygienic requirement.
◆The pump is suitable for transfering viscous and low-viscous media in the food-processing,cosmetics and pharmaceutical industries.
There are three jacket designs: periphery heat jacket,surface heat jacket and complete heat jacket. It is suitable for high viscosity fluid, such as chocolate,syrup, candy and etc. It will avoid freezing, deterioration caused by temperation deference.

◆Lobe pump with built-in safety valve effectively reduces the possibility of pump breakdown when pipeline pressure exceeds the safety valve during transportation which caused by other equipments' failure.
◆Features: Relief valve automatically opens when the pressure exceeds the setting pressure, it can also be forced open by pneumatic.

Rotor pump + gearbox, there are three designs:
1) mechanical stepless gearbox, the configuration can adjust speed by hand wheel according to actual requirements of working conditions.
2) Frequency gearbox, the configuration can adjust speed through the frequency converter.
3) fixed output ratio gearbox, this configuration is a certain speed and can not be adjusted.
